Irving Penn
Irving Penn believed that anything could be art and his still-life images are proof of that. He took photographs from fruit to cigarette butts and vases or dishes and made them visually artistic. What makes these photographs interesting is how he arranges everyday things into different formations and simple backgrounds and he makes them unique.

Edward Burtynsky
He is famous for taking photographs of landscapes affected by industrialization. His scenes depict the effect humans have on nature and how we have torn up once beautiful land to build cities and buildings of our own. These are interestingly because we experience opposite emotions when viewing his work, disgust at the industrialized deformed landscape and yet astonishment at the beauty of the complex images.
